In response to the global push for low-carbon construction, Tianjin Yongxin International Trading Co., Ltd. officially launched a new lightweight steel framing production line in March 2025. The line is dedicated to producing cold-formed, galvanized steel profiles specifically designed for residential, commercial, and modular prefabricated buildings.

With increasing demand for green and energy-efficient construction systems, lightweight steel framing offers clear advantages: recyclability, reduced load on foundations, and rapid on-site assembly. Yongxin’s new line features advanced roll-forming machines with CNC control, allowing for high precision and flexible output for custom orders.

The company’s general manager stated, “Sustainability is no longer optional—it’s a global requirement. With our new line, we aim to help developers and builders reduce environmental impact while improving structural efficiency.”

Initial clients include prefabricated housing manufacturers and modular school builders in Africa and the Middle East. Yongxin is also developing a digital catalog to help customers visualize framing options and structural behavior under different load conditions.
